The project aims to cover at least 50 barangays, 7 municipalities, 2 provinces in Region 12 benefiting at least 5,000 off-grid households. The project sites include municipalities as a result of the ASEP-PVM harmonization and the completed EU-funded RESOURCEGov Project for complementation and sustainability of project gains. The project sites are within the franchise areas of the two (2) local electric cooperatives of Region 12.
